Management Apprenticeships

In England, apprenticeship standards set out the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSB) that an occupation requires. All standards also have an End Point Assessment (EPA) plan which sets out how those KSBs are all assessed at the end of the apprenticeship. There are currently four Management and Leadership apprenticeships available.

What are Management Apprenticeships?

Management apprenticeships are a great way of developing new and existing managers – helping them to learn new skills and successfully apply them straight into the workplace. Apprenticeships offer both practical on-the-job experience, incorporating 20% of learners’ time spent on off-the-job learning, allowing students to earn while they learn.
GLO offers complete end-to-end management apprenticeship solutions to deliver support for our learners, partners and providers. Whether that is support along the way, or in the delivery of the End Point Assessment (EPA.) Backed by a professional body with over 143,000 worldwide members ensures learners, providers and employers have access to a wealth of additional resources and benefits.

The impact of management apprenticeships

Management apprenticeships deliver value for learners and employers alike. In addition to building a diverse Management and Leadership pipeline, we know that apprentices are having a positive learning experience and acquiring the key management skills to boost productivity in workplaces across the UK.
