What is End Point Assessment?

End Point Assessment (EPA) is the final assessment process at the end of an apprenticeship. This is designed to assess learners’ knowledge and skills in an impartial way to confirm an apprentice’s understanding.
Underpinned by our Professional Standard of practice and our core values, we strive to fulfil our mission to increase the quantity and standard of professionally qualified managers and leaders. As an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), GLO is able to offer complete end-to-end Apprenticeship solutions as a full partner, or just as your EPAO.

GLO provides complete End Point Assessment Services for the following:

Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status (fCMgr)

Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will have the opportunity to be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status (fCMgr) if less than three years of management experience, Chartered Manager (CMgr) is awarded for more than three years’ experience

Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Chartered Manager status (CMgr)

Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Chartered Manager or Chartered Fellow Status

Level 3 Business Administrator
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Chartered Manager status (CMgr) or Chartered Fellow (CMgr FGLO )

Level 4 Associate Project Manager
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status (fCMgr)

Level 4 Junior Management Consultant
On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, individuals will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status (fCMgr)
